Hope For Wellness provides a wellness hotline for Indigenous Peoples across Canada if you are experiencing emotional distress and want to talk, contact the toll-free Hope for Wellness Help Line at 1-855-242-3310 available 24/7 or chat online through their website. It Gets Better provides support for the 2SLGBTQ+ youth communities in Canada, the Trans Lifeline can be contacted at 877-330-6366 (5PM – 1AM ET). Kids Help Phone is a confidential, anonymous phone and online counselling service for young people in Canada, text CONNECT to 686868 or call 1-800-668-6868 Talk Suicide Canada connects you to a crisis responder to get help without judgement, call 1-833-456-4566 (24/7) or 1-866-277-3553 in Quebec (24/7) or text to 45645 between 4 PM—12 AM ET. The Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP) provides information, support, and resources for people affected by suicide. The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) provides information, support, and resources for people living with mental health issues. The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) offers a wide range of services for people living with mental health and addiction issues. The Anxiety Canada website provides information and resources on anxiety, anxiety disorders, and treatment options.   • What is CanadianKelsey's story?
    After years of searching, Canadian Kelsey discovered that her true passion in life was travel. Though she had always loved the idea of travel and wanted to share her experiences with others, she struggled to understand her true "why" behind it. However, after watching a video asking "why do you produce content", she had an epiphany. She had desired to drive when she was 14, yearning for the freedom to leave and started traveling when she was 16, to distance herself from a life that was overwhelming her. She realized that travel had always been an escape for her, a way to become a new person and leave behind the life she felt trapped in. With this newfound understanding that she used travel as a coping mechanism, Kelsey has committed to helping others find the resources they need to rediscover themselves.
  • Where are you located?
    Canadian Kelsey is based out of Calgary Canada.
  • How do I get a new password?
    When logging in, please click the 'reset password' button. This will send an email to you with further information.
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?
    Sizing charts are listed as the last image on all products that are size based. Please refer to these charts to find out if the item will fit you. All size charts are measured in Inches.
  • What is the return policy on items in the Happy Adventuring Shop?
    You have 30 days to return items with the exception of the Mental Health Collection. The Mental Health Collection donates to charity and we try to do this as quickly as possible in order to get the essential funds to the right initiatives and organizations. Due to the nature of these items, no refunds or returns will be issued. In certain circumstances we may be able to exchange the product for another. Please donate the item to charity, friend or family member if there are no issues with the item. If there is a problem with your items, please reach out to us through our contact form. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response as currently we are a small team.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Each item is made to order, which means some items take a little longer to get to you. Please refer to the "Shipping" section on the product's page for estimated shipping times. Shipping times can vary from 2 -25 Business Days.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
    If your item has not come within the estimated shipping window, please use our contact form with the subject "Missing Order". Please allow up to 72 hours for a response as we are a small team.
  • I received one item and not the other, where is my second item?
    All items are made to order and do come from different warehouses. Please be patient as your other items are on their way! If you refer to the page of the product you purchased, estimated shipping times are listed in the 'Shipping' section on each product. If you have not received your item after the estimated shipping times, please reach out to us through our contact form. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response as we are a small team.
