The purpose behind this list of Top 12 Mental Health resources for Canadians is to provide information and support for people and their families who may be experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues. These resources include organizations that provide culturally safe, accessible and affordable mental health care to diverse Black communities in Canada, Indigenous Peoples, 2SLGBTQ+ youth communities, young people, people affected by suicide, people living with mental health issues and addiction, people with anxiety disorders, and people looking for information on stress management and mental health.
